Enterprise Sales Leader, Career Transition & Mobility (CT&M)

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a Career Transition & Mobility Enterprise sales team to drive growth for a geographical territory. This role will provide the management, development and implementation of strategic sales activities for the salespeople in an assigned geography.  This role will require collaboration with Delivery/Operations leadership, who oversee delivery of career transition programs for the cluster and partner with other sales leaders driving cross-brand collaboration.

  • Reports to VP Sales Leader, Career Transition & Mobility

Direct Reports:

  • Lead a team of experienced business-to-business enterprise sales professionals
  • Manage frequent team interactions across the CTM vertical including ICEO, CDM, Delivery & Operations, Customer Success, and others.

In this role you can expect to

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops effective sales strategies for Career Transition & Mobility to achieve the territory’s total revenue and profitability targets, including Career Development & Mobility and ICEO solutions.
  • Drives lead measures to achieve sales KPI results.
  • Drives new logo and new business activities with the sales team to convert key prospect accounts.
  • Creates selling solutions for multiple layers within organizations including the C-Suite, line managers, human resource professionals and procurement.
  • Oversees, territory planning, sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management processes that are consistent with LHH procedures.
  • Regular attendance representing Regional leadership in sales teams’ client and prospect meetings.
  • Provides input to sales team on competitive intelligence, market awareness and customer requirements.
  • Manages SFDC activity of team and participates in monthly sales pipeline review calls.
  • Partners with Marketing on local events and campaigns.
  • Cooperatively interacts with members across OneLHH and encourages referrals and cross-sell opportunities across verticals.
  • Builds strong relationships with own Sales team as well as Sales leaders and teams in other clusters / geographies.
  • Selects, trains, develops, and coaches salespeople and supports them in targeting prospects and expanding existing accounts.
  • Represents LHH brand on social media (LinkedIn) and builds LHH presence in the community.
  • Creates and participates in presentations, proposals and other sales activities as required.

 

All About You

  • Demonstrated ability in sales planning and sales strategy development.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience selling HR solutions with a successful track record.
  • Preferred strong track record of managing salespeople across multiple locations and growing both existing and new service offerings.
  • Capable of leading, managing and growing the sales processes in Career Transition & Mobility vertical.
  • Able to recruit, direct, and assess sales talent.
  • Proven record of consultative sales success with large national and local accounts.
  • History of professional association and community involvement preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and track record of leading effectively in a matrixed work environment.
  • Highly organized, disciplined and success-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Understands the need for effective expense control and communicates expectations within the territory. 
  • Significant understanding of internal and external technology tools including Salesforce.com.
  • Willingness to serve on LHH task forces and committees on topics of organizational need.
  • Bachelor’s degree (at minimum) preferred.
